Below are some of the questions we
are most frequently asked. If you have any other questions, please call
us at any time on (0870) 350 1723 and we'll be happy to answer them.
How do I arrange a translation? All you need to do is telephone us on (0870) 350 1723 or fill in a quote request form,
giving us all the details about the translation. Once you've approved
the quote, we will get our translator working on the translation as
soon as possible.
How long should a translation take? We
can often provide a translation in about 48 hours, as long as the
document is less than 10 pages. Longer documents obviously take more
time to translate.
When we give you a quote we will
inform you of the expected delivery date but it is important that you
let us know your requirements.
How should I deliver the documents for translation to you? We
prefer documents to be delivered by email but are happy to accept hard
copies (which can be faxed or sent) if you don't have a digital version.
We need to see the originals of some
documents which are being translated for legal purposes - eg. birth,
marriage, divorce and death certificates, and passports.
We will always return original documents to you by recorded delivery. |
