difficult when a patient cannot communicate adequately with a health
professional or an administrative staff member. Not only does it cause distress for the patient, it can also impede the provision of treatment.

interpreter who speaks the patient's language at the other end of a
phone ready to provide interpreting for the meeting or consultation.
It's a simple process because you don't need any extra equipment
- all that's required is a normal phone. It's also cost-effective
because you are only charged for the minutes you are on the phone.
We can also provide face-to-face interpreters for longer conversations or for particular situations where telephone interpreting wouldn't be appropriate.
